Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Hamlet you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Hamlet is a focus and study application where you build a village by completing real-world study sessions, manage tasks, and connect with friends in shared rooms.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and not abuse the service (no harassment of other users, no automated session farming, no attempts to compromise platform security).

4. Premium subscription

Hamlet Premium is billed monthly via Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Profile → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

Premium fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days at hamletstudyapp@gmail.com.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

Hamlet is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
